Delete your account

Request permanent deletion of your Remnant account and everything in it. You can also delete it instantly from the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

Use the address you signed up with so we can verify it's you.

Reason for leaving (optional)

This submits a request. We verify your identity, then permanently delete your account and its data and email you to confirm.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

  • All sermon recordings and summaries
  • Your transcripts, key insights and prayer points
  • Action items, reflections and weekly summaries
  • Subscription and billing history
  • Account preferences and settings

This cannot be undone. An active paid subscription is managed by the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it there as well to stop future billing.
